March 29 Dinner: Thai Pork and Noodles
M made this recipe tonight while I was at play rehearsal. It’s from PaleOMG, and tastes similar to Melicious’ Paleo Pad Thai, and that’s totally okay, because both are delicious! M made a few modifications:
- Sliced pork chops instead of ground pork
- No carrots
- Doubled up on ginger (we used fresh)
- Added some soy sauce to the sauce
- Sunbutter instead of almond butter
- No almonds as a garnish
This was a dish that I could totally see myself gorging myself on, but I maintained some composure so that I would have lunch tomorrow.
Tomorrow night, we do sushi!! I’m thinking we might head to Uptown and visit Enso….
