Feb 28 Breakfast: Banana with Homemade Almond Butter & Coffee
Can we talk about today’s almond butter? As I mentioned in a recipe about sunbutter, it is imperative that you process the nuts/seeds for a long time. Ten minutes long. M made a batch of almond butter a couple weeks ago and didn’t process long enough and, though it tasted fine, it was not gooey and wonderful like almond butter is supposed to be.
Fast forward to today: this almond butter is phenom. As in, someone put a padlock on the fridge because Sarah has that gimme-more-almond-butter-bitches! look in her eyes.
